FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Create a profile.
- Go to “Courses.”
- Choose a course.
- Select “Click here to apply.”
- Complete all fields, submit your application; and if selected, your supervisor will be contacted to verify enrollment 6-8 weeks before the class.
The applicant applies for the class. Previously, the supervisor applied on the applicant’s behalf. The new system will require the individual taking the class to apply for their own classes.
The supervisor will still be contacted to verify interest before the applicant is enrolled in the class.
You have not yet been accepted to the class; you have been wait listed. CCI is responsible for class enrollment. If you are selected to attend, CCI will contact your supervisor to see if you are available to take the class.
1.On the courses page, click on course name.
2.Select “click here to apply.”
3.Select “other or no classes available” from the drop down menu.
4.Fill out the fields and submit the form.
Follow the previous steps. Instead of selecting the date of the class of the drop down menu, select “other.” Your application will be held on file for future consideration if another class becomes available.
Courses are free to POST supported or State of California based Law Enforcement Agencies. A tuition fee will be required of all other public agencies and private sector employees, or out-of-state applicants.
Click on “locate us.” Some locations may not be listed. If the location of your class is not listed, you may be emailed a list of hotels nearby.
Click on the CCI Forms icon.
